Removing a community patient

To remove a community patient from MDS:

1. From the Pharmacy Manager Side Navigation Bar, select MDS .

2. Select Community Patient and select the patient you want to remove.

3. Select Remove community patient .

   

4. The Remove Patient screen displays. Select Yes to confirm your choice.

   

The patient is removed.
